Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are shipped out every Monday. If the shipping day falls on a Holiday, then orders will be shipped out the following business day (Tuesday).

SHIPPING CHARGES:

Shipping charges are non-refundable. When receiving a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.

SHIPPING ADJUSTMENTS:

Any adjustments made to the order's shipping address or shipping method must be made within the first 24 hours after the order has been placed. Once an order is fulfilled, no changes may be made. You must request a return and then place a new order.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME:

7-14 Business Days

USPS (United States Postal Service) packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) impacts to the United States.

If anyone has made a purchase, and you have not received your package in 7 business days post shipment, please contact us immediately.
